We are undergoing major growth and require personnel at various levels, from Research Executives to Branch Head. We really have only two requirements for a position at Ormax. One, that you are sharp, intuitive and want to understand cultures and human minds Two, that you have a background in either of Qualitative Research, Marketing, Brand Planning, Advertising, Psychology, Sociology or Anthropology. This is preferable. But you could also be an engineer, scientist, mathematician or just about anything. As long as you have an interest in human behaviour, the more diverse your background the better. All of this assumes that you are fluent in English, have good communication skills and pride yourself on being a clear thinker. The actual level of the job will be derived from a combination of your years of experience and the above.
